We work to the exit checklist your agent uses, room by room — ovens, rangehoods and cooktops degreased inside and out, bathrooms descaled including screens and grout, window tracks and flyscreens, wall spot-washing, skirtings, door frames and light switches. Carpet steam cleaning is arranged on request and quoted separately. You'll get the checklist in writing with the quote, so there's no ambiguity about what's covered.

Not at all, and most of our regular clients aren't. We can work from a key, a lockbox or a code — whatever you're comfortable with. If it's your first clean we'd usually suggest being there at the start so we can walk the property together, but after that it's entirely up to you.

It depends on the size and condition of the property, so we scope it before quoting rather than reading a number off a chart. What we won't do is charge by the hour and leave the final cost open to variation — you get one fixed price and a written list of what it covers, and that's what you pay. Give us a call with the bedrooms, bathrooms and rough condition and we can usually give you a figure on the spot.

Yes — everything comes with us, including vacuums, mops, microfibre and all chemicals. If you'd prefer we use your own products, or you need us to stick to something specific for allergies, pets or a surface like natural stone, just let us know when you book and we'll work with it.

We carry public liability cover and every cleaner is police-checked. Every end-of-lease clean comes with a bond-back guarantee, and across all our work you've got a 72-hour window — if something's been missed, tell us and we'll come back and put it right at no cost.

We're based in the Northern Suburbs and cover a wide stretch of Greater Adelaide — Two Wells and Gawler in the north, right through the metro area, and down as far as Aldinga Beach and Victor Harbor. Absolutely. Plenty of our work is one-off — a spring clean, a pre-inspection tidy, a post-build site clean or a clean before family arrives. There's no contract and no obligation to go onto a schedule afterwards, though you're welcome to if it suits.
